Help:How to upload an image file?
From ChinaTravelGuide
Images or photos are usually part of the page. To embed an image inside a page, you can either 1) first edit the page and then click on the image to upload the file, or 2) first upload the image and then edit the page to embed the image. Either way, you will need to log in first to upload the image. Refer to Help:How_to_create_an_account if you have any question about creating an account.

Insert an image tag, and also specify the image position, display size, and caption on the page. Do NOT use too generic name for your image name, because it may be in conflict with the existing names. Always use specific descriptive names for your image.

[edit] Step 4 (Upload the image)
Click on the image sign on the page to upload the image.

Click the "Browse" button to locate the image on your computer that you want to upload. We suggest you enter as detailed description info as possible for your image, as it will help for other people to search your image later.
[edit] Step 6 (Save the file)
You won't see this screen unless your file size is more than 150kb (It's recommended that the image size is less than 150kb). In case your image is larger than that and you want to upload anyway, you can click "Save file" and ignore the warning".

Click the page name link at the bottom of the image page to go back to the original page. You can verify the image and modify the image tag to adjust size, position, caption, etc.
